Terms of Service
Last updated: November 8, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website rjecomgroup.com and to all services provided by R&J Ecom LLC ("R&J Ecom", "we", "us"), a limited liability company organized in the United States. By hiring our services or making a payment to us, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
R&J Ecom LLC provides digital marketing services, including paid advertising management, ad creative and content production, websites and landing pages, marketing automation, e-commerce growth support and consulting. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and price of each engagement are set out in a written proposal, quote or invoice ("Proposal") that you accept before paying.
2. Prices and payment
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are shown in your Proposal before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.
- One-time projects may be paid in full up front or as a deposit plus a final payment, as stated in the Proposal.
- Monthly services are charged automatically each month until cancelled, as described in our Cancellation Policy.
- Prices do not include advertising budgets, which you pay directly to the advertising platforms, or third-party tools and subscriptions unless the Proposal says so.
3. Results
We work hard to improve your results, but marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, such as your offer, your market, competition and the advertising platforms themselves. We do not guarantee a specific number of sales, leads, followers or return on ad spend unless that guarantee is clearly written in your Proposal.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, materials and access needed to do the work.
- Make sure that your products, services and the materials you give us are legal and that you have the right to use them.
- Follow the rules of the advertising platforms we use on your behalf.
- Review and approve work within a reasonable time.
5. Revisions and changes
Each Proposal states the number of revision rounds included. Requests outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately and only carried out after you approve them.
6. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as ad creatives, website content and copy. Ad accounts, pages and websites created in your name belong to you. We may keep general know-how, templates and tools we use across clients. Unless you ask us not to, we may mention your business name as a client in our portfolio.
7. Refunds, cancellations and disputes
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Dispute Policy and our Cancellation Policy, which are part of these Terms.
8. Confidentiality
We keep your business information, access credentials and data confidential and use them only to provide our services. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, R&J Ecom LLC's total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for decisions made by advertising platforms, including account suspensions or ad rejections.
10. Legal and export restrictions
Our services may not be available in all countries. Please read our Legal & Export Restrictions.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which R&J Ecom LLC is organized. Before starting any legal action, both parties agree to try to resolve the issue in good faith by email for at least 30 days.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Changes do not affect Proposals already accepted.
