Promotion Terms

From time to time R&J Ecom LLC may offer promotions, such as discounts, free audits, introductory prices or bonus deliverables. Unless a specific promotion says otherwise, these general terms apply to all of them.

1. Eligibility

• Promotions are available to new or existing business clients as stated in each offer.
• Limit of one use per business, unless the promotion says otherwise.
• Promotions are not available in countries where our services are restricted. See our Legal & Export Restrictions.

2. How promotions work

• Each promotion shows its start and end dates. Offers not redeemed before the end date expire.
• The discount or benefit must be mentioned when requesting your proposal, and it will be shown in writing in the proposal or invoice.
• Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
• Promotions have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred.

3. Introductory prices on monthly services

If a promotion offers a reduced price for the first month or months of a monthly service, the regular price stated in your proposal will apply automatically after the promotional period ends. You can cancel at any time before that, as described in our Cancellation Policy.

4. Refunds on promotional purchases

Purchases made with a promotion follow our standard Refund & Dispute Policy. Refunds are based on the amount actually paid, not on the regular price.

5. Changes and cancellation of promotions

We may change or end a promotion at any time. Changes will not affect proposals already accepted. We may refuse a promotion in case of misuse or fraud.
