Legal & Export Restrictions

1. Business clients only

Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. Clients must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

2. Sanctions and export controls

R&J Ecom LLC is a U.S. company and complies with U.S. sanctions and export control laws, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We do not provide services to, or accept payments from:

• People or businesses located in, or residents of, countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions
• People or businesses listed on any U.S. government list of restricted or sanctioned parties

3. Restricted industries

We do not provide marketing services for products or activities that are illegal, or that are prohibited by the advertising platforms we use or by our payment provider. This includes, among others, illegal drugs, weapons, adult content, gambling without a valid license, and deceptive or fraudulent offers. We may decline any project at our discretion.

4. Advertising rules

All campaigns must follow the laws of the places where ads are shown and the policies of the advertising platforms. Clients are responsible for the legality of the products, services and claims they ask us to promote.

5. Taxes

Prices do not include taxes that may apply in your country. If any tax applies, it will be shown on your invoice.
